Candidate Integrity and Prohibited Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy

Chainbridge Solutions prohibits the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and support from external sources to assist in any portion of an interview or candidate assessment. Candidates are expected to provide answers based on their own personal knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities. Candidates may not receive assistance from any outside person, resource, tool, and/or technology during the interview unless such support is requested and is expressly approved in advance by Chainbridge Solutions.
The following are expressly prohibited:
  • Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) or other tools that generate or formulate responses to interview questions while in progress.
  • Using AI or other tools that suggest, summarize, transcribe, or otherwise aid in providing responses during a job interview or candidate assessment.
  • Communications with other people through chat, text, email, phone, or other messaging platforms to get help in interview responses.
  • Using screen sharing, remote access, second device or other real-time technology to obtain assistance or information that would not otherwise be known by the candidate.
Accommodations for Disabilities

If a candidate needs an assistive technology or accommodation to participate in the hiring process, they should notify the Talent Acquisition Manager or the Human Resources Director. Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict reasonable accommodations or accessibility tools.

Noncompliance

All applicants complete an attestation statement confirming that the information provided on their application and resume is truthful. Providing false information verbally or in writing is considered a violation of our Code of Conduct and may disqualify the candidate from consideration. If a violation is discovered after hiring or start of employment, it will lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
